These Terms of Use cover the conditions of use between the Müptela application (hereinafter referred to as Müptela) and all private and legal persons and institutions (hereinafter referred to as the USER).
By utilizing the services offered in the Müptela app (either paid or free of charge) or by accessing the site or app in any way, USERs declare in advance that they are over 18 years of age or, if underage, have the legal consent of their parents or legal guardians; that they have read the entirety of these Terms of Use, fully understood its contents, and unconditionally accept and approve all its clauses. Fortune interpretations contained within the Müptela app are generated purely through imagination for entertainment purposes. They do not predict the future in any way and do not contain factual accuracy.
It is recommended that children under the age of 13 do not use the Müptela app. All content found in the Müptela app is subject to Copyright Laws, and all audio, visual, text, documents, and all kinds of intellectual and industrial property rights, including all copyrights, belong to the Publisher.
The USER is responsible for the content they publish or share in the Müptela app within the framework of criminal laws. Directing to suicide, sexual abuse of children, facilitating the use of narcotic substances, providing substances dangerous to health, obscenity, prostitution, providing places for gambling, and crimes committed against Atatürk are strictly unacceptable and illegal.
This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, what it will be used for, and what choices USERs have. When you install the Müptela app on your mobile device, Device information (device ID) is collected. Personal information such as name, date of birth, gender, and relationship status that you enter while using the Müptela app is also recorded to provide personalized fortune readings.
